Prices, delivery conditions and transport damage

The stated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Depending on the order quantity, additional shipping costs may apply, which are added to the stated product prices. Detailed information on shipping costs can be found on the respective product pages in the shop.

Shipping is handled by external service providers, such as Völkl Service GmbH. By concluding the contract, you expressly consent to the transfer of your data required for shipping to these service providers.

We deliver exclusively by dispatch. The selection of the shipping service provider is at our discretion, and dispatch is regularly carried out by DPD Deutschland GmbH. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

The following applies to consumers: Obvious transport damage must be reported directly to the delivery company, and we must be contacted immediately. However, there is no legal obligation to report such damage – your statutory warranty and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

The following applies to entrepreneurs: § 377 HGB (German Commercial Code) applies, with the proviso that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to the entrepreneur as soon as we have delivered the item to the freight forwarder, carrier or other person or institution designated to ship it. Entrepreneurs are obliged to inspect the goods immediately and to report any defects in accordance with the provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB). If the entrepreneur fails to report the defect, the goods shall be deemed to have been approved, unless the defect was not recognisable during the inspection. This regulation does not apply if the defect was fraudulently concealed.

The use of the bank transfer/prepayment payment method requires a positive credit check. Further information about the payment providers can be found on their respective websites. Your personal data will be processed by the payment providers in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the corresponding information in their data protection guidelines.
